Winter Solstice Journaling Reset

EXPECT:

This warm and gentle evening of self reflection allows you the opportunity to unpack the first half of the year, understanding the season you're within physically as we head into the colder seasons, as well as where you are within the internal seasons of your life. 

We use guided journal prompts to understand how to adapt your self care, energy leaks, and to course correct or pivot into a different season and do so with ease. 

We start the evening with a Guided meditation, Cacao ceremony and gentle breath awareness.

We are then guided through a deeper journaling experience, with prompts to understand where you are and where you are going. Understanding the importance of seasons, how we can flow with the seasonal change, to gain an understanding of ourselves & the ongoing internal seasons we flow through.

Conclude the evening with a Yoga Nidra Meditation and delicious sound bath experience.

“I've spend the most part of my life on a journey of health, healing and learning, in attempts to understand how our bodies & brains work, how to optimise our wellbeing and to live in harmony with our bodies. This has led to me numerous modalities of healing, such as gut health and the brain/gut connection, the transformative depths of breath work, restorative yin and yoga practices, the importance of connection, reflection and rest.

This day encompasses several aspects of holistic health, with the purpose and intent being; to allow each woman who attends, the opportunity to heal their own body, by firstly understanding its inner workings in more depth, and by nourishing it holistically in all aspects. “
