The studios that love built.

At Zero Point Yoga, our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where people of all backgrounds and abilities can come together to nurture their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. We are dedicated to fostering a sense of community, promoting holistic wellbeing, and inspiring personal growth through the transformative practice of yoga.

We believe community heals and we strive to continuously create new pathways into ours.

We aim to:

Cultivate Connection: Build a supportive and compassionate community where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered.

Encourage Inclusivity: Offer accessible and diverse classes that honor and respect the unique journeys of each person, regardless of age, ability, or experience level.

Promote Wellness: Provide a holistic approach to wellbeing that integrates mind, energy, body, and relationship to others, encouraging lifelong habits of self-care and self-prioritising.

Inspire Growth: Create a nurturing environment that supports personal transformation, self-discovery, and continuous learning.

Give Back: Engage with and contribute to our local community through open events, education, and charitable initiatives that promote overall well-being and positive change.

At Zero Point Yoga, we believe in the power of each other to transform lives and build a stronger, more connected community.

Zero Point Yoga is a collection of yoga studios — Ocean Grove and Drysdale. We offer a range of classes (in-person and online) including Yoga, Meditation, Sound Baths, Pilates and Barre, as well as workshops, events, retreats and a teacher training program. Our classes draw wisdom from Tantra, Anusara, Vinyasa, and other Hatha styles. Our studios are heated with far infrared heating, which gently heats your body in a non-invasive manner.

The Zero Point Difference.

REBECCA DUFFIELD
Director

Bec Duffield is the creator of Zero Point Yoga - a collection of yoga studios at Ocean Grove and Drysdale.

Zero Point offers a range of classes (in-person and online) including Yoga, Meditation, Sound Baths, Pilates and Barre, as well as workshops, events, retreats and a Teacher Training Program.

Bec is a Senior Yoga teacher, with more than 3000 hours under her belt, largely in the Tantrik disciplines. Her training is made up of equal parts University and Ashram life, and she has thousands of devoted students spanning the globe.

Bec comes from a background of human rights and psychotherapy. Right now, she’s enjoying the adventure of being a small business owner, a yoga teacher and mother of two divine little humans. In her spare time, you’ll find her soaking up the sunshine with her family at one of the Bellarine Peninsula’s beautiful beaches.

Catch our director and founder demystify yoga in a podcast with Sally Wilson. She talks about commonly held misconceptions about it, the aspects of yogic systems beyond the physical, the purpose of the physical practice and how yoga is for people living as householders, out in the world, just as it is for renunciants. It’s for those who don’t consider themselves ‘spiritual’ just as it is for those who do. It’s non-denominational and inclusive – if you have a good teacher.

And if you want to engage in just the physical postures, as Bec did at the beginning of her yoga journey, that’s fine too.

If you want a more general view of how Bec lived her life inspired by yoga, listen to Simply Happy Conversations. She gives out advices on starting your yoga practice in-studio and more detailed offerings of our Zero Point Yoga.
