Mantras are sounds that uplift, elevate and heal - when repeated or meditated upon. They combine the benefits of resonance, repetition, philosophy and contemplation (Insight). With each mantra, we will take time to explore all of these various aspects. You will learn to use mantras as a tool to tune into a rhythmic breath and stillness -  calming the body and the nervous system. 

Please also know that you do not need to be a singer to chant. Mantra is more about sounding than singing. So come as you are and experience the healing power of your own voice.

Meet Anuja

"I have been studying sound (Indian classical music) for a decade now. Mantra chanting combines my love for yoga and philosophy with my love for music. 

We will use ambient sounds, powerful solfeggio frequencies with mantras in this course and I look forward to sharing this exploration of sacred sound and silence with you.
