This workshop is designed to help you live a life of joy, fulfillment and love. Life means change, we can either change progressively or regressively. If we don’t choose to evolve, we will suffer. We will present all participants with powerful tools coming from the ancient yogic Himalayan tradition to take radical responsibility for their experience of life. This will help you release stuck emotions, trauma, negativity, clear the mind and grant you access to the power you hold within yourself to master your own feeling state, becoming a creator of - not a victim to - life.

MEET YOUR HOSTS

Some of Bryden’s earliest memories are of being in the Ashram with his mum drinking delicious chai and overseeing a Yoga class, however it was another 20+ years before he started delving into yoga beyond a gym class.

Bryden had a yearning to connect more deeply with his own body and completed his training in India at the base of the Himalayas. He found himself extremely immersed in the teachings, philosophy and practice and has since returned 3 times. Most recently finishing his Masters training at the Sattva yoga academy in Rishikesh in India. 

Yoga has felt like a beautiful connection to his work as a qualified Osteopath, now graduating over 11 years ago. Diving more deeply into yoga has been like a beautiful continuation of his existing learnings and has now given Bryden further tools to help empower others to connect and heal themselves.

Bryden is excited to work with people regularly to help them trust their bodies through developing strength and sense of safety within each challenge through breath and movement.

Karen was born with a passion for yoga and has been practicing since she was 8 years old. She studied various branches of yoga among which vinyasa, iyengar, sattva yoga. She is a widely trained professional and immersed herself in 500hrs + YTT’s at the source of yoga, Rishikesh India, where she studied from the ancient Himalayan tradition.

Karen also taught at multiple teacher trainings and retreats at the renowned yoga school Sattva Yoga Academy at the foothills of the Himalayas.

It’s Karen’s joy to spread the yoga love in her own unique way to help people grow, evolve and transform. She is most happy when she can help empower others on the path to a better version of themselves.
