Meet & Greet
You are warmly invited to a relaxed meet and greet with our children’s yoga teacher Marta, who has been running preschool/toddler and school aged classes at Zero Point last term.
Bring the kids along, settle into our beautiful studio and ask any questions you might have.
Marta will briefly chat about her background as a child psychologist and yoga teacher and explain her approach and class structure, the benefits of introducing your child to yoga, and how and why yoga for children is different to yoga for adults.
