Each session will include :
90 minute Yin Yoga Practice based on the relevant organ system each season/ meridian system and element
Acupressure and Reiki
Meditation and Pranayama
Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey
You’ll walk away with an in depth understanding of the functioning of the seasons, not only externally but internally within us. You will gain an understanding of the associated Meridian systems, poses and sequences you can use at home during this each season. Dinacharya or self care practices to enhance your health and wellness during this time and so much more.

Meet Clare
The founder of State of Balance, is a 500HR RYT with a passion for Yin Yoga as she works her knowledge into creating a blissful and purposeful experience for healing and alignment. physically, emotionally and mentally.
She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Student, Herbalist, Reiki Teacher.
Clare is passionate about working with the energetic body from a healing perspective, using Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic concepts and principles in combination with functional anatomical postures and sequencing.
