In the practice of Yin there are Five Archetypal postures that form the foundation of all shapes. Almost everything in your Yin practice will be a variation on these Archetypes.
This series of workshops dives deeply into each of these to provide a comprehensive Yin training and understanding.
Join Angus Knott for an exploration into the archetypes, where you'll learn how to get the most out of each shape and how to modify the practice to your body.
Starting off with 90 minutes of a workshop style learning of the architecture and principles of each Archetype, and finishing with a 90 minute practice to test out your new understanding and find the way to practice Yin that is best for you in the moment.

a solid understanding of what shapes feel best in your body
understanding where shapes are meant to be felt in the body
no judgement of your body's own unique range of motion
