Want to learn the foundations of the Yoga postures? How to bend forward, backwards and side to side? This introductory program is suitable for people brand new to Yoga or those who want more detailed guidance on making shapes with the body. You'll learn how to adapt shapes to your body and how to transition between shapes. You'll also be introduced to some of the basics of yoga language like what a 'vinyasa' is as well as how to put together a practice just for you.
By the end of the program our aim is to have you feeling confident, safe, and really enjoying the benefits of a regular yoga practice. We aim to have you understand the fundamentals of a Yoga class, functional movement basics, aspects of breath, and generalised yoga studio etiquette, so that you can step into any class steady and at ease.
The price includes 5 tailored sessions and a two week unlimited membership for you to explore classes and really get started with a Yoga practice that suits your needs.
Led by Sally, this program welcomes those new to yoga, those experienced, those pregnant, those nursing injuries and stepping into recovery, and those who just want to master the basics. A program designed to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in your yoga practice.
