Yoga and surfing go hand in hand just ask legends like Jerry Lopez and Kelly Slater. Since I began a regular yoga practice I have noticed a big improvement in my surfing and the level of enjoyment i get out it. Join me for 4x 1-hour weekly yoga classes specifically catering to surfers of all levels. Are you ready to take your surfing to the next level? Expect a full-rounded approach to the practice.
● Breath work specifically for composure & enhancing lung capacity
● Movement to assist with paddling & surfing
● Improve balance & flexibility
● Mindful techniques to calm the mind when conditions are outside your comfort level.
***No yoga or surfing experience necessary just an interest in building confidence in the ocean and connecting with like minded people.

“I’ve been surfing since I was 17 and always knew yoga would improve my surfing and the level of fun I had in the ocean. Once I got the basics of catching waves sorted I spent many years enjoying surfing but not really getting better at it. I remember after I began a yoga practice doing a class full of balance poses & deep twists.
