Advanced Asana & Breath Practice at Zero Point Yoga. Designed for seasoned practitioners, this invigorating session will move you towards your limits, wringing out every ounce of tension and revitalizing your entire body. Expect a more challenging sequence that combines powerful postures with deep, controlled breathing, leaving you feeling both energized and deeply relaxed.
Led by Bec, this session is for those Yogi's who already have an established physical practice and ideally are familiar with Bec's teaching style.
Incorporating the White Tantra practices of long holds in big shapes, mindful and slow transitions, and silent steady breath. Kundalini Kriya's and energy based meditations will get things moving.
While you don't need to be able to do the tricky stuff like handstands or arm balances, you will need to be able to override muscle memory and trying to predict where the practice is going. It's a process of deep presence, and allowing the practice to lead.
The process is deeply concentrated, whilst providing a solid physical and mental challenge. The sweaty challenge of it will coalesce into a luxuriously restorative rest and reset at the end.
