This workshop will give you the tools, understanding and practical experience in how to use therapeutic assists and touch in a yoga class to benefit your students.
Understanding the why behind touch.
Learn how to read bodies and know when an assist could be beneficial.
Practice assisting and receive feedback.
“I’ve been lucky to be teaching for over a decade now and have very much learnt, enjoyed and deepened my love for asana through therapeutic and grounding assists. The style of assisting that this philosophy is built around offers stability, grounding and directional support for students to deepen their experience of a pose on their own. It moves away from the hands on style of assisting that forces students beyond their range.
I’m passionate about this art form and would love to share it with you. “
