We release any blockages/wind from all the joints with Pawanmuktasana series and then practise 11 rounds (11*2 for both sides) of traditional Surya namaskar /Sun salutations - A slow mindful introverted movement with mantras.

I grew up in a small town in India and a realization that happened quite early on was that contentment and joy do not come from what we have or even what we do.
It’s more about who we are when we do what we do.
'When the student is ready, the teacher will appear' - has been true for me as I have had the privilege to practice different forms with some very experienced teachers over the years. I started practicing Yoga in 2009 and have studied with 'The Art Of Living', Tattva Yogashala Rishikesh (200 HR YTT), Hatha yoga with Robert Bryne and Rocklyn Yoga Ashram and Ashtanga Yoga with Karen Grenfall/Ian Cheney.
While in Melbourne, I have guided yoga classes at Urban yoga, Port Melbourne Bowls Club and Albert Park College. I am so grateful for the practice of yoga.
It's a joy and a pleasure to share it with you and I hope to see you on your mats.
