Meet Elly
Elly McLean is a Clinical Nutritionist, runner, yogi and mother. She's been working 1:1 with women for 8 years to help them navigate weightloss and other symptoms during perimenopause and menopause. In this seminar you will learn what's happening to your body and hormones through peri and menopause, what to expect as a result, testing to explore and the changes you can start to make immediately to your diet and lifestyle including a discussion on supplements. There will be time for questions and discussion. Whether you're in your early 40's and noticing some cycle changes, haven't seen your period for a few years now or somewhere in between, there is something in this for you! Elly will also introduce you to an exciting new opportunity for support if you need longer term guidance through your menopausal transition.
