Shiva is Infinite Potential and Consciousness - our essential nature.
'MahaShivratri' or 'The great night of Shiva' is the darkest new moon of the year, a time to tune inward and meditate on our essence. Join me for contemplating Shiva, using mythology and mantra.
You will begin with a restorative yoga practice ( ~30 mins ), short practice of yoga nidra and chanting 108 rounds of 'Om Namah Shivaya'.
You will finish by receiving a Vedic Chant in Shavasana (also translated) describing in great depth - Shiva - as the nature of our innermost self.
Expect an evening of deep restoration and connection.
All proceeds from the event go to UNICEF' s appeal for the Children of Gaza.
