  • Zero Point Yoga Ocean Grove Studio 41 Smithton Grove Ocean Grove Australia (map)

Sold-out, next scheduled event Saturday, 19th of October.

This 2 hour long indulgent escape is focused on your restoration. There is nothing expected of you, no sharing required, it is an opportunity to put everything down, to simply come as you are and explore the benefits of ancient practices in a modern world.

Gathering on the potency of a full moon to nourish the body with sound frequencies, plant medicine and seasonal Yin practices. Designed to return balance and harmony into your cells, recalibrating your nervous system.

Enjoy a 60 minute Yin practice, followed by a soundscape of healing frequencies, and cacao plant medicine to finish.

Using your rest and quiet time to set intentions for the month ahead, to unwire and reset.

Expect: This recharging energy rich event is open to all, with no yoga experiences required. You will be guided by Tahlea to understand the inner workings of your body's regulatory systems, utilising the wisdom of practices such as Yin yoga and sound frequencies to deepen your awareness of yourself, your experiences and ultimately cultivating more resources for your individual rest healing journey.

Meet Leah

Yoga Teacher

Tahlea is a known best for being a teacher who holds space with ease, she has a warmth and depth to her teachings that guides her students to feel both safe and grounded within their bodies, learning to appreciate their individual experience. Tahlea holds deep understanding of our varied body compositions, which allows her to offer insight for modifications, options and ways to explore yoga shapes. This is what allows anyone from an experienced or brand new yogi to settle into her classes and events with ease.

Trained and mentored by both Studio Owner Bec De and well renowned teacher Angus Knott, she has valued knowledge into both tantric philosophy and variable anatomy. Tahlea has a dedicated passion for slower, more self driven practices of yoga such as Yin & Gentle Yoga and  pranayama( the breath) , and offers her knowledge and insight in a range of Zero Point events, workshops and women’s circles.

If your new to yoga, or are wanting to deepen your understanding of your practice,  her guidance, gentle approach and knowledge of the body-mind- connection offers you the scope to explore more and more with every class.
