A 75 minute class, including conversation, a mellow flow, meditation and community connection. All levels and experience levels are welcome.
Why? In support of Movember, we are coming together to move, meditate, connect and be in support of mental health. This is a donation based event to raise awareness and money for Movemner who do amazing things to support mental health and help stop men dying too young. Come and help raise some dough, to support a bro. Your father, brother, partner, mates and male figures in your life.
This event is not just for men. Mental health and suicide prevention is important for everyone. Its a chance to raise awareness for wellbeing and the health of our community.
