Chanting is a wonderful way to feel peaceful, to create beautiful sounds with others, to participate in energy exchange and lifting, to feel & to heal. It's an opportunity to expand one's existing meditation & yoga practice.
This session is call and response where Charlotte 'leads' and the group responds. Chanting is self nurturing and it is not about singing in tune. No singing or chanting experience is needed. We will chant together and finish by everyone lying down and receiving the final chant. At the beginning of each chant, Charlotte will briefly explain what each chant is about, but more importantly that they are all sacred sounds on their own. (Charlotte will play on the harmonium and lead the chant - most chants will be call and response)
These sessions often start with an OM and the harmonium – to warm up and breath together.
Tara Lynch will be joining as the responder singer.
