Introducing our monthly yoga workshop series, specifically curated for those looking to elevate their asana practice to new heights. Each session is an opportunity to explore more intricate postures, refine your technique, and build a deeper connection with your physical and mental practice. Led by Kat and Bec (alternating months), they will provide challenging sequences, move into some of the more complicated postures and transitions, and offer modifications to suit your individual journey. Whether you're aiming to enhance your strength, flexibility, or balance, or just want to have a play with the extensions of the physical asana, this monthly offering is designed to support your continuous growth and help you reach new levels of physical and mental mastery in your practice.
These sessions are best suited to those with an established and existing Asana practice. They aren't suitable for people new to postural Yoga, or those working with a lot of complex injuries or conditions in the body.
